The parcel is located 5 miles north of Richfield.


Willow Creek has great access from a Class B county road entering the parcel.  There is a smaller Class D county road that also accesses the property.


This parcel is bisected by I-70.  It contains a flood plain area where Willow Creek drains onto the alluvial fan.  The Richfield City shooting range is adjacent to this parcel.  One of the easements through this property is for an irrigation pipeline.
