This parcel is in the Hamblin Valley area near the Nevada Border.  It is accessed from a dirt road.  It adjoins BLM land on the south, east and west sides. It adjoins private land on the north and southwest corner.  The area is very remote and isolated.  Many recreational opportunities including, hiking, hunting, sightseeing, camping, and solitude exist on the parcel. It is very scenic with great outdoor recreational opportunities. This parcel offers privacy and seclusion in a very scenic and remote part of the state.  The parcel is covered with pinyon and juniper trees with scattered sage brush intermixed throughout. Rip Gut Creek runs through a small section of the parcel on the north boundary which has some riparian vegetation and grass areas. The elevation ranges from 6,800 feet to 6,500 feet.
