The School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration Board of Trustees will met Wednesday, April 16 and Thursday, April 17 at Daniel’s Summit Lodge near Heber City for a two-day policy discussion and board meeting. Trustees discussed pertinent board policy and administrative issues. Topics included: land exchanges, asset purchases, endangered species listings, and other conservation issues.
Board members held their regular board meeting at 8 a.m. Thursday, April 17 and considered action on several issues, including a Pavant Butte metalliferous mineral lease, an amendment to the Tonaquint Heights development project, and a negotiated land sale in Uintah County.
